WWOA 52nd Annual Conference
October 17, 2018
This October, Symbiont will be exhibiting at the Wisconsin Wastewater Operators’ Association (WWOA) 52nd Annual Conference in Lake Geneva, WI. This year’s conference has technical programs ranging from plant operations and treatment performance to nutrient removal and automation.
Symbiont’s exhibit will feature an interactive GIS data management system specifically designed for municipal utilities. The management system dramatically reduces the time associated with common reporting requirements and gives utilities the tools to take control of their data. Stop by our booth to get a firsthand look at how we can utilize your GIS to provide you with an augmented reality experience in the field, saving your utility time and creating a greater awareness of underground utilities.
Technical Program Session E: Watershed at 1:30-2:00 pm features Symbiont’s Jonathan Butt who will be speaking on the experience of a small utility that used the multi-discharger variance (MDV) to help with phosphorus compliance. He will guide you through the Final Phosphorus Compliance Plan for the utility prepared by Symbiont that included the MDV WPDES permit compliance option.
