MBAA Brewing & Malting Science Course
The annual Master Brewers Brewing and Malting Science Course in Madison, WI – an engaging 2-week immersion into brewing and malting science – is an exchange between industry experts and attendees/students. This course provides the opportunity for students to dive into the intricacies of brewing chemistry and microbiology and the principles of brewing and malting.
This year’s course topics range from malting barley to CIP design considerations, and the schedule also includes tours of local breweries and malthouses. The classes and tours will be held from October 21 to November 2, 2018.
